Nahyan bin Mubarak attends Al Fahim Award Ceremony on honouring top students

Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan attended here yesterday the 14th edition of the late Abdul Jalil bin Mohammed Al Fahim Award for Scientific Excellence, which was held at Zayed University's theatre to honour 25 distinguished students of 12th grade from both Art and Science sections.
Present were Mohammed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, honorary president of Fahim group, Eisa bin Abdul Jalil Al Fahim , Board of Trustees Chairman, Chairman of the Higher Committee of the Award, ZU Vice President Dr Sulaiman Al Jassim, a number of educationists and guardians of students.
Sheikh Nahyan paid a tribute to the late Abdul Jalil bin Mohammed Al Fahim, companion of the UAE founder the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, commending the honour accorded by the award to the distinguished students nationwide.
He added that the sons of the late Abdul Jalil follow his course of self denial to serve the country.
Flanked by Mohammed and Eisa Abdul Jalil, Sheikh Nahyan honoured the distinguished students. The board of trustees presented a memento shield to Sheikh Nahyan.
