Excellence in government performance
The UAE federal government launched many initiatives to bring tangible improvement to the federal government services, in line with the highest international standards, through creating three new ministries and giving different ministries financial and administrative independence among others.
The UAE government launched a year-long Mystery Shopper and Service Excellence programs across ministries and federal Authorities, to raise the standards of government services. Under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the initiative falls in line with the UAE Strategy that lists improvements in the government sector and enhanced customer service as its primary objective.
This program is being delivered across 40 ministries and authorities and involves the customer service performance measurement of each ministry and authority's three delivery channels of location, telephone and website.
